Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users when using the "Little Summer " service (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service is an entertainment service that uses AI technology to generate baby face images based on 3D/4D ultrasound photos uploaded by users.
- Generated images are artistic interpretations, not medical predictions or diagnoses.
- Results may differ from the actual baby's appearance, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
- The Service is powered by Google Gemini AI technology, and results may vary each time due to the nature of AI.
Article 3 (Service Agreement)
The service agreement is established when the user uploads an ultrasound photo and completes payment. Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 4 (Payment and Refunds)
- The Service is provided as a single-use pass (valid for 3 months from purchase), and payment is processed through PortOne.
- Unused passes (before image generation starts) can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase.
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once image generation has started (E-Commerce Act Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5).
- If image generation fails due to a service issue, a full refund will be provided.
- Unused passes that expire after the validity period (3 months) are non-refundable.
- Refund requests can be submitted via email (hey@eggcord.com) and will be processed within 3 business days.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
- Users have the right to use generated images after payment is completed.
- Users may freely use generated images for personal purposes.
- Intellectual property rights for the Service's technology, design, and trademarks belong to the service provider.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Uploading inappropriate images that are not ultrasound photos
- Using the Service to infringe on others' rights
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Using automated means to access the Service in bulk
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is provided for entertainment purposes and should not be used for medical purposes.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated images.
- Results may differ from expectations due to AI technology limitations, and we are not liable for any resulting damages.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 8 (Privacy Protection)
User personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Uploaded ultrasound photos are used only for image generation and are automatically deleted from servers within 24 hours after generation is complete.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The service provider may change these Terms if necessary, and changes take effect upon notice within the Service. Users who do not agree to changes may discontinue use of the Service.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the service provider's location.
